Showcasing a range of stunning Chablis wines paired with a gourmet menu by Paul Hart, Head Chef at the resort’s award-winning Road Hole Fine Dining Restaurant, the four-course menu features highlights such as Roasted West Coast Halibut, accompanied with famous wines including Chablis Grand Cru Valmur 2006 and Chablis Grand Cru Reserve 2000.
£70 per person, including four courses and accompanying wines or whiskies, presented by a tasting expert.
