The three-night package includes tickets toThe Scottish Deer Centre one day and tickets to the St Andrews Aquarium another day, with a picnic lunch provided by the hotel on both days. On Easter Sunday, the Easter Bunny is paying a visit to the Old Course Hotel and will be holding a workshop to make and decorate Easter cards as well as eggs, before taking all the children on an Easter Egg hunt – making sure every child finds at least one egg! The package, which is valid on the nights of Friday 10th, Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th April, costs £265 per night for two adults and two children, and is based on a family of four sharing; breakfast each morning is also included.  Minumum three nights required

For those families who do not wish to restrict their travel to the Easter weekend, the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa is has a couple of additional offerings throughout the school holidays.

The first is a package that includes a family ticket to either The Scottish Deer Centre or St AndrewsAquarium, plus a picnic lunch freshly prepared by the Old Course Hotel, and costs £325 per night per room (based on four sharing) including breakfast.

The second is a special rate of £280 per room per night (based on four sharing and including breakfast), which leaves families free to do their own exploring in and around St Andrews. Suggestions include visiting the tourist information office to pick up a “Maisie goes exploring in St Andrews” leaflet, which introduces all the local attractions in a fun and interesting way to kids. Alternatives include exploring the picturesque fishing villages of East Neuk, building sand castles on West Sands (made famous by the opening sequence of Chariots of Fire) or even making a Twisted Tales of St Andrews tour!
