All memberships include:
- Complimentary fitness assessment, exercise programme and 6-week review.
- Two guest passes per year including use of the thermal suite.
- 10% off all spa treatments.
- Set of headphones for use on cardio-theatre stations.
- Set of spa slippers.
Universal Facilities:
- Large 20 meter indoor pool with waterfall
- Fitness suite offering cardio-theatre stations overlooking the golf courses, the very latest cardiovascular and resistance equipment, free weights and plasma television screens.
- Exercise studio offering over 20 classes per week including Spinning.
- Male and female locker rooms with direct access to the pool and featuring a Crystal Steam Room in each.
