Apple Martini
There are as many different recipes for this drink as there are varieties of apples. This is our own one – Ciroc vodka, Lejay-Lagoute Manzana Verde and apple juice.
Espresso Martini
The connoisseur’s way of combining caffeine & vodka, with the added bonus of tasting excellence - vodka, Kahlua and a shot of espresso with a dash of sugar syrup mix perfectly together in this vibrant cocktail. To take this fantastic drink to a different level, try it with vanilla flavoured vodka.
French Martini
Fast becoming a modern day classic. A simple combination of vodka, black raspberry liqueur & pineapple juice with a very fruity taste.
Strawberry Blush
Fresh strawberries, strawberry liqueur & maple syrup combine brilliantly with bourbon in this drink.
Daiquiri
Your classic daiquiri with rum, lime juice and gomme syrup shaken together or other Frozen Daiquiris may be blended using a variety of fruits and appropriate liqueur. Recommended: Banana and Strawberry Daiquiri.

The classic mix of gin, Cointreau & lemon juice - simply divine!
HOUSE SELECTION
Bramble
One of the best and most popular drinks created in the 1980’s. Gin, lemon juice, gomme syrup and blackberry liqueur.
Gin Fizz
Gin, lemon juice, gomme syrup and topped up with soda water. A refreshing, enjoyable long drink.
Mojito
A classic Cuban mix with mint spring, sugar and lime juice muddled together, then Cuban rum is added and topped up with soda.
Singapore Sling
The Singapore Gin Sling was created at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore at the beginning of the 20th century. We follow the original recipe with gin, cherry brandy, Cointreau, Bénédictine D.O.M., grenadine, pineapple juice, lemon juice and a dash of Angostura bitters.
Caipirinha
A traditional Brazilian cocktail. Lime and sugar is muddled together and topped up with Beija-Flor Velha Cachaça. Also available with Beija-Flor Reserva Especial Cachaça (+£2.00)

A drink that tames bourbon, making it smooth & remarkably easy to drink. Please be patient while we make this classic drink correctly.
Margarita
This classic cocktail with tequila, Cointreau and lime juice shaken together. Other Fruit Margaritas may be blended using a variety of fruits. Recommended: Banana and Strawberry Margarita.
Mai-Tai
A mix of dark and light rums, orange curaçao, almond syrup and lime juice. Tahitians believes this drink is ‘the best’!
