The outstanding success and popularity of The Apprentice has inspired the Old Course Hotel to launch its very own version of the hit television programme.
The “You’re Hired” experience encourages groups to create dynamic new initiatives for their company, through demonstrating business acumen, leadership skills, diplomacy and a creative edge. As in The Apprentice, the group is split into teams and a task is set, culminating in a nail-biting boardroom showdown with The Boss where the overall winning team is hired.
Each event is specifically tailored to suit the group to ensure the overall conference objective is achieved. Group organisers can set a wide range of exciting tasks for delegates such as designing and advertising a new product to link in with the conference message; sourcing and selling a local product to tie in with the inspiring location; or creating a cutting-edge marketing strategy to sell a new service. The Old Course Hotel is also adding an innovative twist to the experience, as groups can interact with Executive Chef, Mark Lindsay, to design an exquisite range of Scottish-themed canapés for a stunning launch event; create a cool collection of cocktails in the award-winning Road Hole Bar overlooking the famous Old Course; or work with the Concierge team to provide an unforgettable itinerary to showcase the local destination highlights.

The experience costs from £495.00 per person, which includes:
